Hummus

INGREDIENTS 

  • 400 gr peeled chickpeas (canned) 
  • 80 gr tahini 
  • 30 ml lemon juice 
  • 60 ml olive oil 
  • 1 clove of garlic, boiled (in water for 5’, removing the green germ)
  • 5 gr salt 
  • 2 gr cumin 
  • 50 ml cold water 
  • paprika to garnish 
  • parsley to garnish

 

EXECUTION 

Place the chickpeas, olive oil and garlic in a food processor and blend until the mixture is creamy. Combine the tahini with the remaining ingredients and mix very well. Combine the two mixtures. Serve at room temperature, garnished with paprika and parsley.
